Mental Health Therapy – 45 minutes / $250

Therapy is a collaborative space where we work together to understand your experiences and create meaningful, lasting change. We’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships interact to shape your well-being and identify patterns that may no longer be serving you. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), our work will focus on developing awareness, flexibility, and strategies that help you move toward the life you want to build, one guided by your values and strengths. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, pace, and goals.

Cognitive Remediation – 55 minutes / $300

Cognitive remediation focuses on strengthening the brain’s thinking skills through structured practice and strategy development. Sessions target areas such as attention, memory, processing speed, and problem solving, using exercises designed to improve everyday functioning. This approach is often used following neurological changes or injury such as concussion, traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), or post acute sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) to support cognitive recovery and adaptation. The process is active and goal oriented, with techniques tailored to your cognitive profile and daily demands. Emphasis is placed on building efficient strategies that can be applied beyond the session to enhance confidence and independence in real world settings.

Performance Optimization (Not reimbursable by insurance) – 50 minutes / $300

Performance optimization is a goal-oriented process that enhances cognitive efficiency, leadership capacity, and professional performance for people in high-demand roles. Grounded in neuroscience and psychology, it focuses on strengthening executive functions such as organization, prioritization, emotional regulation, and decision making. Performance optimization draws on evidence-based methods from cognitive remediation, performance psychology, and mindfulness to improve productivity, communication, and work life balance. Each plan is customized to match individual goals, strengths, and environments, supporting sustainable growth and clarity in high-demand settings.
